Questions buyers ask us

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 jackets — enough for a single crew, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

Waterproof or water-resistant — which do I need?

Waterproof with taped seams for sustained rain and outdoor work. Water-repellent softshell for showers, comfort and client-facing wear.

Will embroidery make the jacket leak?

No. We embroider onto a backed panel or heat-seal the logo so the waterproof layer is never punctured. This is checked on every mockup.

What sizes do you carry?

Adult XS through 5XL on most styles, with youth sizing available for school and club orders. Ponchos are one size.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Send your colour references and we match shell fabric and thread, then confirm both on your mockup before production.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to embroidery or transfer size at no charge.
